hey everyone Well scratch that I just bought back the exact amount of Bitcoin that I sold because while I was recording the video I just recorded a phone call came in from the generator install company which is Lavali Electric I've known Paul Lavali his entire life He's fantastic He runs a great company So Lavali Electric called literally in the middle of my video saying that the generator install was delayed because uh they need Atmos Energy to install a higher throughput uh system for natural gas so that the whatever it is the the thing that controls the natural gas the meter I guess the natural gas meter needs to be upgraded so that it can process natural gas faster to feed the generator when the generator is running So literally in the video where I just said I sold the $20,000 of Bitcoin in order to buy to pay off the generator invoice which I was expecting tomorrow Now uh we have to wait for Atmos Energy to install a new meter and the whole works That could take days It could takes weeks Regardless they're not going to invoice me until the whole thing is all done because obviously that's the way companies work And I was not willing to sit in US dollars for days or weeks I thought I was going to get invoiced literally like you know any second now So I literally logged back into Coinbase Advanced on my phone and I bought back the $20,000 of Bitcoin that I just sold Um I try to keep my balances on Coinbase really low So it's a pain when I ever have to do that because I try not to walk around with meaningful amounts of Bitcoin uh you know in anything that could be easily accessible like Coinbase But uh anyway I factored it up I always use Coinbase Advanced which gives me the lowest possible fees and I lost $128 on fees and the Bitcoin was $11 more expensive when I bought it back than when I sold it So the process of selling $20,000 of Bitcoin and then buying back $20,000 of Bitcoin you know 10 15 minutes later cost me $139 Uh 128 of that was fees uh minus the rebates Uh so $128 in fees and $11 in change of the price of Bitcoin And now I am back to sitting on that Bitcoin Um well I'll move it to secure location while I wait but sitting on that in very secure Bitcoin storage until it is time to send it over to pay that invoice But I just thought it was funny that literally it I mean how's that for timing I hit I hit sell on the Bitcoin I start recording the video I get the phone call from Lvali Electric and then literally I wrap up the video listen to the voicemail and then go reby back the Bitcoin that I just sold So I'm going to wait until the invoice is actually forthcoming for that generator and then I will sell the Bitcoin and we'll see what price it is Right now the price is 108,700 plus And uh we'll see It might go up it might go down but it goes up more than it goes down And so I'm not willing to sit in US dollars while I wait So FYI quick you know speed reversal there Uh anyway thanks everyone Have a great day
